Sometimes, medical management with creams and oral medication may not be effective to treat a skin condition. At Skin Indulgence, we offer solutions for those conditions which requires surgical correction. Most of these are done under topical or local anesthesia and include skin tag removal, DPN removal or wart cauterization. Some procedures may require excision and suturing such as ear lobe repair, birth mark (mole) removal or even lipoma excision. 

Ingrowing toe nail can be a very painful and recurrent problem. We offer surgical intervention as a form of permanent cure by doing partial nail avulsion with nail matrictomy. The results are gratifying with minimal downtime.  

Xanthelasma (deposition of cholesterol around the eyes) can be cosmetically disfiguring where no creams are of help. Mechanical removal of the cholesterol deposits with cauterization is an excellent option which we offer at Skin Indulgence. 

We also offer skin biopsy and skin scraping as investigations in suspect cases to achieve diagnosis.
